I am so excited to offer Massage Therapy at Russell Chiropractic! For me, Massage has been a great way to tie in my passion for Natural Healing and my desire to help others heal the way I have.

In addition to being certified for a variety of Massage modalities, I am also a Reiki Practitioner. My strong background in anatomy, as well as, my eclectic knowledge and healing experience with massage helps me to create a treatment session with the most therapeutic benefits designed for EACH individual.

Licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board, I am a proud graduate of the massage school with the highest State Medical Board scores, Harmony Path School of Massage, right here in Rocky River! I also have my Undergraduate Degree from Bowling Green State University.

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
