Your Second Visit to Our Lakewood Practice

Returning to Russell Chiropractic

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll review with you all of our findings and recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. Our priority is to make sure that you have all of the information you require to make an informed health choice for you and your family. We call this the Report of Findings; this two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

During this visit, we will go over all of our findings with you, develop a treatment plan and discuss any other ancillary treatments we feel may help you regain and maintain your health.

Dr. Michael Asks some important questions of interest to Lakewood residents - Chiropractor Lakewood Dr. Michael Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
